Kindergarten Incharge

Minimum Experience: 5 Years

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Kindergarten Incharge who is passionate about early childhood education and capable of leading a team of teachers while ensuring a nurturing, safe and engaging learning environment for young learners. The candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage academic and administrative responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee syllabus coverage across all subjects on a regular basis
• Ensure timely delivery of homework schedules and monitor submission rates
• Verify prompt completion of corrections for homework, classwork, and assessments
• Maintain and update student feedback records systematically
• Ensure student attendance records are updated accurately every month
• Collect and submit student information forms to the administration office
• Facilitate distribution of books and learning materials to new students
• Monitor and ensure timely response to parent queries by teachers
• Ensure teacher punctuality for all scheduled classes
• Arrange substitutions during teacher absences
• Mentor teachers to maintain high instructional standards
• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide guidance
• Encourage teacher participation in training and development programs
• Monitor student discipline, uniforms, and hygiene
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of classrooms
• Oversee maintenance of school premises and report repair needs

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education / Education
• Montessori / Kindergarten Training Certification (preferred)
• Relevant teaching and coordination experience in a school setting
