Administrative Assistant

Minimum Experience: 2 Years

We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to work as an Office Assistant / Administrative Staff in our school. The multifaceted position requires attention to detail and performing various administrative and clerical duties with attention to detail.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls and correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Maintain and update student records, registers and databases
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
  • Provide general administrative support and working knowledge of office equipment
  • Perform data entry in the school management system.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

Preferred candidate profile: Any Graduate with two years of relevant work experience.
