Silver Jubilee & Annual Day Celebrations at Swamy’s Group of Schools
It was an occasion of celebration, felicitation, and festivity, as the students, jubilant in spirits, showcased their talents and skills in the cultural programme, which enthralled everyone in the audience.
Dr. Sudha Seshayyan, Former Vice Chancellor of Dr. MGR Medical University graced the occasion as Chief Guest. Prof.Dr.M.S.Ananth, Former Director of IIT Madras and Shri.G.Balasubramanian, Former Director (Academics) CBSE were the Guests of Honour. The Chief Guest and the Guests of Honour gave away the trophies, medals and certificates to the toppers and meritorious students. The guests congratulated the toppers for bringing glory and fame to their parents and the school. It was a moment of pride and honour for all the prize winners.
Management felicitated and honoured the Associates and former staff members for their immense contribution to the school. Principals and teachers were also awarded in recognition of the completion of their ten and fifteen dedicated years of service at Swamy’s school.
The audience was awestruck and overwhelmed by the talent and skill revealed by the students in each performance. The grand finale was the classical dance on the theme of Mahishasura Mardhini, which refers to the goddess Durga who killed Asura the symbol of evil to save humanity.
The cultural programme was followed by a Vote of Thanks and our National anthem was played as a tribute to our nation.
