Swamy's Group of Schools recently hosted a samskara event on the theme of "Ganga Vandanam," which means to revere rivers and nature. Rivers are considered to be female divinities, food, and life-giving mothers. Among all the rivers, the holiest and most revered is the Ganga or Ganges, personified as Goddess Ganga. The event was conducted in collaboration with IMCTF, and the students offered flowers, recited slokas, and displayed thematic posters to commemorate the significance of rivers.
